Our reimbursements and returns policy lasts 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange completely.

To be able to make a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are several types of goods are exempt from being returned. It may not be returned perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We will also not accept products that articles are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once we have received and inspected your return we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit of a gift for the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift to be sent to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the person who made the gift and this will find out about your return.

Returns shipping

To return your product, you should mail it to {España – Valencia.}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your place of residence, the time it may take to get your exchanged product may vary.
